Duke
of Edinburgh International Forum This was perhaps the most prestigious event managed by Premier Event Services Inc to date. It involved approximately eighteen months of planning and the services provided included co-ordination of ground transportation for delegates, co-ordination of the Forum, social activities and the formal banquet. HRH The Duke of Edinburgh and HRH The Earl of Wessex were both in attendance at the events. The banquet was held in an air-conditioned
tent, on the lovely grounds of the Fairmont Royal Pavillion Hotel. A four-course
meal was expertly served to the approximately four hundred guests. |

3 W’s Celebration
Committee This project offered an opportunity to become involved in areas which were somewhat new to the Company, such as publishing, memorabilia sales and the co-ordination of a banquet for approximately 800 persons. PES Inc continues to work with the Committee to conceptualise other ways
to highlight the contribution and achievements of these cricketing icons
as well as to create a lasting legacy. |

Habitat Caribbean
2004 Co-produced by Premier Event Services Inc and Island Life is an exposition of home/office related consumer products, services and cuisine, all of which are available from retail and other establishments in Barbados and the wider Caribbean. It has become the most anticipated event of this kind and continues to
attract the leading suppliers of goods and services. This expo is produced
in the even numbered years |

For the Good Times This concept was developed to provide an entertainment option for a mature audience. The first event was held at Kendall Sporting with the Troubadours Int’l, Merrymen and Tradewinds performing live. A follow up event was held called “For the Good Times at Crop Over”
which offered an all-inclusive option and showcased the best of Calypso
music for the past ten years |
