Our involvement in Exhibitions includes venue selection and layout as well as assisting our Clients in obtaining sponsorship if necessary. PES will liaise with the exhibitors to determine their needs and provide them with whatever is necessary to facilitate their participation.

The registration of delegates and booking of hotel rooms require attention to detail and is time consuming activities. PES can relieve your Organisation’s staff of having to deal with this. In the case where participants pay a fee to attend, Premier Event Services Inc. can facilitate the pre-conference registration by receiving payment, preparing badges and preparing transport schedules. This allows the organizers more time to concentrate on the promotion of the event.
Premier Event Services Inc. can also coordinate the provision of ancillary services. These services include stages, backdrops, sound, lighting, entertainment, decorating, meals. and floral arrangements.
The level of co-ordination is limited only by our Clients’ imagination and budget. Among the special events are Product Launches, Official Openings, Family Reunions, Wedding Receptions, Anniversary Parties, Concerts and Sports Events.
