Premier Event Services Inc (PES) has established itself as the co-producer of one of Barbados’s most impressive Exhibitions, The Habitat Caribbean Lifestyle Exhibition which is held every other year.

Our involvement in Exhibitions begins with venue selection, layout of the venue as well as, assisting our Clients to obtain sponsorship if necessary. PES will liaise with the exhibitors to determine their needs and provide them with whatever is necessary to facilitate their participation.

Premier Event Services Inc can assist with the pre-conference budgeting, hotel accommodation, site selection, and menu planning among other things. The registration of delegates and booking of hotel rooms can be time consuming activities and PES can relieve your Organization’s staff of having to deal with this.

In the case of Seminars where participants pay fee to attend, Premier Event Services Inc can assist by handling all of the pre-conference registration, collecting of funds, preparing badges and any other tasks, which will then give the organizers time to concentrate on the promotion of the event.

The involvement of Ancillary Suppliers at this type of event is not normally very extensive and can be limited in many cases to provision of floral arrangements and ambient lighting. However, more elaborate stage and room designs are sometimes required and can be handled by Premier Event Services Inc.
